Our Pre registration works easily on a respective event, as we target to help a corporate event organizer to gather details of registrants. Summit Point platform provides clients with a simple online registration link enabling event registrants to register details on clients demand, it could be full name, organization, contact details etc.
Summit Point has a backend system which generates unique QR Codes which are used for authentication of the delegates and attendance management on daily basis of the respective event. This feature enables a client or event admin to upload the names of all attendees, generate code and print badges that have clients branding/logos; with other required details of the attendants.
Say goodbye to long queues, we facilitate onsite registration and check-in by allowing event attendees to complete registration on their own onsite at our self-service help desk. Our generated badges also contain delegates name, represented entity and respective event role, but can be customized as per client needs.
We facilitate event organizers to run surveys and/or polls which helps to determine event quality, conduct a successful questionnaire and collect views for the purpose of improving for future events. The results of the survey or poll reflect our backend system in real time. Conditions are set to avoid duplicate results.
